No experience necessary, all abilities are catered for.
SMALL & LARGE GROUPS, FAMILIES, CHILDREN'S PARTIES, INDIVIDUAL ADULTS, SCHOOLS, CLUBS, CORPORATE, HEN & STAG.
BUSHCRAFT SKILLS & ACTIVITIES
Fire & fire by friction – Bow drill (fire by friction), fire techniques, tinders, wood fuel properties, fire lays & safety.
Woodland crafts – safe and efficient use of the knife, axe and saw, carving techniques, spoons, wagon sticks and various practical items, tool maintenance, nettle & willow cordage, and pine resin glue.
Hazel & ash survival bows, Atlatl & darts with an insight into flint knapping (primitive technology).
Shelter – emergency shelter, bashas, tarp & hammock set-
Tree/plant ID & uses & foraging.
Natural history – awareness & signs, natural history of bats & walk (Spring/Summer).
Water – filtering & purifying.
Sustainable harvesting, correct prunning & coppicing.

1 & 2 DAY OVERNIGHT EXPLORER
COASTAL BUSHCRAFT TREKS -
CORPORATE COURSES, STAG & HEN PARTIES
These can be tailored to your preferences as a 3hr, 6hr or 1 day with overnight course.
Activities can be challenging or more casual but will always be great fun and rewarding.
All activities can be organised on arrangement with Chris.
You are advised not to wear shorts on any of the courses.
Any personal medication, anti-
First aid kit is available in camp but it is advisable to bring a basic kit with you.
Eating/drinking utensils/water bottle. Meals/snacks.
Tea/coffee/water is available.
Waterproofs, sturdy footwear (wellies are okay), clothing suitable for conditions, hat/cap & gloves.
Binoculars, camera, note pad (optional).
Overnight: Dry change of clothing, base layer/thermals, warm top.
Head torch, hand torch & spare batteries.
Sleeping bag (suitable for season), camping mat for sleeping on the ground or insulating a hammock, bivvi bag is advisable for Autumn/Winter.
Tarps for bashas are available but a limited amount of hammocks.
